Reporting an issue

Every entity page on this site (Threats, Controls, learning paths) carries a "Report an issue" link. Use it for factual errors, broken links, missing citations, or content you believe should be removed.

Takedown SLA

Valid takedown requests are reviewed within 48 hours. Severe flags (legal risk, named-person attacks) are fail-closed: the entity is hidden from the live site immediately and reinstated only after editorial review.

Copyright concerns

Defendingbitcoin.com hosts original work by Luke de Wolf plus the foreword by Mikko Hyppönen (licensed). There is no user-uploaded content. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, write to luke@defendingbitcoin.com with the specific URL, the work you believe is infringed, and your contact information. Valid notices are addressed within the 48-hour SLA above.

Editorial disputes

If you believe a Threat or Control entity contradicts the book, or if you believe an attribution is incorrect, write to luke@defendingbitcoin.com. The author has final approval on every entity.
